Can I use my insurance for my telehealth visit?
AllenTelehealth does not accept any types of insurance to keep visit prices to a minimum.

What ages of patients can be seen?
Patients from 2 years old to 100+ years may be seen on AllenTelehealth. Patients younger than 18 years old will need to have parental consent and have a parent/legal guardian present at the time of the telehealth appointment.

Can I use this service for medical emergencies?
If you are experiencing a life or limb threatening emergency, you should contact 911 or present to the nearest emergency department immediately.

Can I use AllenTelehealth for disability forms, worker's compensation, etc?
It is recommended that you see a provider in person for concerns of disability, worker’s compensation, etc. However, if you need a medical excuse note for missing work/school for a medical appointment or acute medical problem, that may be accommodated.

What forms of payment may be used to pay for my visit?
AllenTelehealth utilizes Square to process your payment for care. Square works with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover (credit, debit, or gift cards), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.

When do I pay for my appointment?
Payment is made at the time of scheduling your appointment.

Do I need a special login or app to schedule my appointment?
No special app or login is needed to schedule your appointment. When you click to schedule your appointment, you will be taken to a scheduling page. If you do not wish to login at that time, but want to just schedule the appointment, simply click “Skip Login” to continue to schedule your appointment.

What happens after I schedule an appointment?
You will receive an email confirming your upcoming appointment, which will explain that you will receive a link at the time of your appointment.

What if I am unable to schedule through the scheduling app?
